INTRODUCTION.

Recruitment and selection of lawyers and legal staff have significant importance to our firm since we recognize that our leadership and prestige on a short and long-term basis will depend in a great part on our ability to identify, train, develop, and withhold talent. We strongly encourage our lawyers to get involved profoundly in the deals they handle in order to enrich their experience from a legal and business perspective as well as to promote their development as lawyers. Being aware that our lawyers assume a high responsibility degree to the firm and to our clients from their beginnings, we offer economic conditions for our lawyers above the market average.

RECRUITMENT.
We appreciate the importance that our lawyers have. For that reason, our recruitment policy will never be massive; we foresee to only recruiting outstanding candidates with leadership, proactive, and a perspective to grow professionally on a long-term basis. Unlike most of our competitors, we are strongly oriented on recruiting individuals with a strong professional commitment profile; we believe that our legal staff should be deeply involved in the client´s matters since their beginning in the firm, and we seek that they are able to provide sophisticated legal services with the highest performance level in the benefit of our clients. For that reason, we avoid recruiting candidates who do not comply with these standards and will not be able to contribute to the firm on a long-term basis.
